Complaints paused due to firm insolvency - February 2023 update
As at 1 February 2023, the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) had 4,817 open complaints involving 52 financial firms impacted by insolvency. It is estimated that consumer claims in these complaints total more than $689 million.
