Over the last month, we have been testing the new member portal to ensure it delivers the best possible experience to our members. With the build complete and testing well underway, we’re excited to confirm the new member portal will launch in March 2024. This will give our members time to update processes and receive training on the new system without running into the busy end-of-year period.
