Consultation on AFCA’s draft Responsible Lending Approach closed this month on 11 September 2023. Consultation on our draft Appropriate Lending to Small Business Approach will close on 29 September 2023.

Thank you to all our members who provided feedback and made formal submissions throughout the consultation period. We are currently considering and responding to submissions and will publish them in coming months. We aim to publish the updated final approaches in late 2023 to early 2024.
