As we shared last month, AFCA will send the July billing period invoices to members by email. Members who received six or more complaints between 1 July 2023 and 30 June 2024 will also be issued their FY24–25 user charge invoices by email in August.

Please note that the ‘Invoices’ section of the member portal is not currently active, so you will not be able to view or pay your invoices through the member portal just yet.

Until this section is activated, you may experience a delay in receiving your monthly invoice. We thank you for your patience and will update you via the member portal bulletin when invoicing in the portal becomes available.

Sorry, we’re currently offline.
