This year, AFCA is launching an exciting IT transformation to ensure AFCA provides a modern, efficient, and user-friendly experience for all.   

At the centre of the improvements is a new online member portal which will revolutionise the AFCA member experience. The completely new system will be easy to use, reduce administration, and address pain points and frustrations raised by members at meetings and forums. 

AFCA has published information on its website about the new portal’s key features, implementation timeline and frequently asked questions.
