Welcome to AFCA Secure Services, your secure online portal to AFCA membership and complaint management. You can log into the portal any time from any location to view and manage complaints online, run reports, update contact details, pay invoices, access member resources and more.
Use the menu to the left to navigate the portal. For more information on how to use Secure Services, refer to the User Guide at the bottom of the menu.
New Member Portal
In 2024, AFCA will launch its new member portal with new and improved functionality.
eLearning modules
AFCA has publish two eLearning modules for its new member portal, including one on case handling and one on administrative tasks.

Funding model and billing
Find out more about AFCA's funding model and fee structure.
While AFCA transitions from its existing Member Portal to a new system the way members receive and pay for invoices will change, including invoices for monthly complaints fees, systemic issues fees, user charge fees and annual registration fees.
