As part of the AFCA Financial Fairness Roadshow, we are hosting forums for AFCA members in select metro and regional areas. These Roadshow member forums are an opportunity for members outside the capital cities to learn more about how AFCA handles complaints and put questions to AFCA staff.

All Australian financial services licensees, Australian credit licensees, authorised credit representatives and superannuation trustees are required to be a member of AFCA.

Our members include banks, insurers, credit providers, financial advisers, debt collection agencies, superannuation trustees and many more. If you are an individual, visit us at one of our roadshow locations and meet an AFCA complaints expert.
