Thank you to those who attended Day 1 of AFCA’s Member Forum.

We experienced technical difficulties that impacted the live stream during the Banking and Finance and Small Business sessions, and were unable to go ahead with the Investments and Advice session.

We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience this caused members, and thank you for your understanding.

Sessions rescheduled to 11-12 August

Unfortunately, we have had to make the difficult decision to reschedule Day 2 of the Member Forum. These sessions will be held on the original time slots, but on 12 August.

AFCA will also run the Banking and Finance, Small Business and Investment and Advice sessions again on 11 August for the benefit of those who experienced issues with the live stream.

You do not need to re-register for these sessions. A new link to view the live-stream will be sent to you ahead of the event.

Updated agenda

Day 1: 11 August 2022

  • 12pm: Banking and Finance
  • 1pm: Small Business
  • 2pm: Investments and Advice

Day 2: 12 August 2022

  • 11am: Superannuation
  • 12pm: Accessibility and Inclusion panel
  • 1pm: General Insurance
  • 2pm: Life Insurance

Do I need to register for these events again?

No, members who registered for the original Member Forum sessions will automatically receive a link to view the new sessions. This link will be sent to members on 10 August.

We know many members schedule time away from other work and life commitments to attend our Member Forum, so we would like to again apologise for this unforeseen change of plans.

Thank you for your understanding and we hope to see you at our rescheduled sessions on 11 and 12 August.

Sorry, we’re currently offline.
