On 1 July 2020, AFCA’s jurisdiction to consider complaints dating back to 2008 ended.

AFCA will no longer accept new lodgements for legacy complaints date and our standard time limits apply. However, existing complaints made under the legacy jurisdiction will continue to progress and there will be no changes to our case management approach for these complaints.
