AFCA is currently undertaking an exciting project to upgrade our IT systems.  

These updates will modernise AFCA’s systems and provide a range of benefits, including a completely redesigned member portal that makes it easier to interact with AFCA and a new consumer portal where complainants can manage their open complaints and documentation. Both are seamlessly integrated with a new case management system. 

We want to work with our members to co-design these solutions to meet your needs.

We are also looking for members to participate in user testing throughout the project to try out different parts of the technology as it is designed.
