From 1 December 2021, we're integrating our Fast Track, Standard, and Complex workstreams across all our product areas. Investments and Advice and Superannuation already operate as integrated case management teams, and now Banking and Finance and Insurance will also be fully integrated.
These changes will enable a better experience for our members and complainants, with fewer case reallocations and faster resolution times.
