AFCA is consulting members on our draft Engagement Charter.

The draft Engagement Charter outlines the service standards parties can expect from AFCA, as well as AFCA’s expectations of how participants should conduct themselves when working with us during our complaint handling and systemic issues processes.

If you would like to comment on the draft Charter, please email your submission to submissions@afca.org.au by 20 April 2021.
